We offer EU and worldwide delivery with Fedex, DPD and DHL our warehouse in Katy Wroclawskie, Poland (EU).
EU last delivery dates for Christmas - Standard: 17th December & Express: 20th December.
We aim to get your order processed and dispatched within one business day.
Orders placed before 1pm will be processed the same day.
For any mistakes made, you can self-cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Tax & Duties
Brexit has made shipping to Europe a real pain, and Covid has made international shipping worse :)
To make things easy for you - Dock & Bay will cover all import taxes and fees. We want to make that delivery as seamless as possible.
If the carrier charges you for import, please contact us with evidence of any charges paid and we will support you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We like to treat our customers how we like to be treated. If you’re not happy with your product or would like to exchange it within 30 days of purchasing, we're here to help.
To request a refund, please fill out our returns form and we’ll get back to you with all of the information specific to your country of ordering. We’ll then refund you as soon as the return has been received. We’re unable to provide free returns for unwanted items or incorrect selections so please choose carefully when shopping.
Personalised items are non-refundable, even if you make a mistake, so please triple check everything is perfect before placing your order!
